Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Equilibria Inc (“Equilibria,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your access to and use of Equilibria’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Services
Equilibria provides cloud-based tools to help music industry teams coordinate work around songs—including workflow, collaboration, and related features as described in the product.
2. Gary SMS program
Program name: Equilibria Gary SMS
Paid Gary-tier workspaces may enable optional two-way SMS. Opt-in is only via the SMS consent checkbox on Account → Profile. Public opt-in evidence: SMS program opt-in evidence. Full program details: SMS program page.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop receiving conversational Gary SMS replies and workspace alerts. After a STOP, you receive one confirmation and then no further messages from that number unless you reply START or YES to opt back in.
