Equilibria Gary SMS Program
Program overview
Equilibria Gary SMS is optional two-way SMS for paid Gary-tier workspaces. Each workspace may receive a dedicated US number. Opted-in team members text that number from the phone on their Account profile to interact with Gary, our AI assistant for music pipeline and catalog workflows. Messages are user-initiated and conversational — not promotional broadcasts.
Separately, the same workspace number may receive song submissions for Writer intake review when that feature is enabled for the workspace. Song submission handling is independent of conversational Gary SMS replies.
Opt-in
Users opt in only on Account → Profile: enter a mobile phone number, check the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and save. Consent is not pre-checked and is not bundled with account registration.
I agree to receive Equilibria Gary SMS replies at my profile phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See SMS program terms and Privacy Policy.
After opt-in, workspace admins enable Gary SMS under Account → Gary SMS. Enabling the line does not opt in individual users.

Program details
Message frequency: Varies; users text when they need help and Gary replies. No fixed schedule or promotional cadence.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT; or uncheck SMS consent on Account → Profile and save. That opts you out of conversational Gary SMS replies and workspace alerts. After a STOP, you receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that number unless you reply START or YES to opt back in. Reply HELP or INFO for program information.
Writer intake (separate): When Writer intake is enabled, song submissions may be accepted on the workspace number under that program’s rules. STOP ends conversational Gary SMS on that number; do not expect further automated replies after the STOP confirmation.
